Must be at least 8 characters in length
Must not be an English dictionary word
Must not be a common name or surname
Must not be a 'statistically common' password
Must not be a chain of repeated characters or numbers (99999, aaaaa)
Must not be a sequence of characters or numbers (12345, abcde)
Must not be a date (12-23-1996)
